Four steps to a proper kaapi
The decoction is already brewed. You only add milk and sugar.
Pour the decoction
Take 10 to 15 ml for a strong cup, or 8 ml for a medium one. There is no need to heat it.
Add hot milk
Boil 80 to 100 ml of fresh milk until frothy. The froth is what makes it filter coffee.
Add sugar
One to two teaspoons, to taste.
Pull it
Pour the coffee back and forth between a tumbler and a davara until it is well mixed and frothy.

We choose AA-quality beans, premium and export grade, and prepare the decoction by natural processes.
